About Ray Sylvester
Ray Sylvester chooses the wood he uses for his boxes with great care and travels all over the country to find interesting pieces which will make his boxes special. They are all made out of one piece of wood and are hand finished - sealed, flocked, oiled and waxed to make them very tactile. Each is designed to the shape of the piece of wood he begins to work with and is unique with handles, lids and drawers.
