This holiday season we bring you the wonderful work of 2 local painters - Barbara Robjant and Alan Kidd. They both respond to the local surroundings, but in very different ways. Alan meliculously lays our his landscapes, retaining his pencil markings to show his workings and focussing the image for the viewer. Barbara works in mixed media and her free, abstracted images have a bold and robust approach. Talents beginning with the same vista but in marked contrast to each other in style.
